Key Indictors

Key indicators show the overall information of the employees being reviewed in the form of data proportions, which helps to understand their overall situation of the team.

The Indicators panel can be collapsed or expanded by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of this section.

9-Box

Key Indictors and 9-Box can be switched directly to display. The results of the evaluation will be visually displayed from two aspects of Performance and Capability, and each employee to be reviewed has a corresponding place in the 9-Box.

It is recommended to fill in the evaluation information of each employee completely first, so that the content displayed by 9-Box will be more comprehensive.

Filter

Click on the icon of the Filter in the upper right corner, then you can enter the specified content to see the relevant employees. Click Search, and the corresponding filtering results will be displayed.

You can cancel all filters by clicking Clear All or Reset.

Click Clear All or Reset, and click Search to cancel filters. You can also add filters to search again.
