Manager Review
Reference Information
Employee reference information is divided into two types: fixed display and interactive display.
Fixed Display: The fixed display of reference information is directly displayed on the page, including the employee's department, rank, manager, position and so on. The manager can refer to this information to consider the score value given by each indicator when scoring.
When the mouse hovers over the message, a small window of explanation pops up.
Interactive Display: The interactive display can be opened by clicking on the employee, the display content includes the employee's basic information, historical performance, capability radar chart, promotion record, eNPS, etc. Managers can use this section to get a clearer understanding of their employees.
Manager Input
You can select indicators by directly clicking on specific indicators,or by swiping the content to the right.
When the mouse hovers over the evaluation label, the corresponding label information is displayed.
When filling in the evaluation information, you have the option to directly select Yes/No, or the option to select the score value.
When the mouse hover over the score value, the corresponding interpretation information will be displayed to assist the manager in scoring judgment.
There is some information that can be more than one choice, such as Successor(s) and Readiness and Actions (≤ 1 Year).
When scoring, you can hover the mouse over the right side of the score, then click Comment to add the score description to any score, so as to provide the basis for obtaining the score.
You can also click History of Result to view the employee's historical evaluation data for this metric.
Some index values are not input, but automatically calculated by the system to get results, such as performance, management skills scores and so on.
When filling in the successor information, click ➕, you can search for the specified person by DiDi ID or Full Name and add him. You can add multiple successors.
When the successor is not yet employed or is an intern, the corresponding person may not be found. In this case, you can manually add this person. It is recommended to manually add the person by entering the name.

If you want to expand or collapse the content displayed in the left column, you can click the corner label in the top left corner to toggle.
When there is a large amount of employee data, you can control the amount of data displayed on each page through the quantity setting in the lower right corner of the page, and you can also turn the page.
