OKR Rating Summary:

OKR Rating Summary should be based on but not confined to the evaluation of each objective. Please consider the contents in employee's daily work and give feedback.

If the rating of each sub-OKR is S/A/B+/B, the overall result cannot be C/D.

If the rating of each sub-OKR is C/D, the overall result cannot be S/A/B+/B.

If the overall result is C/D, the weight of the sub-OKR rated C/D should exceed 50%.

Value Rating:

For Values Rating, follow the Guidance below as a reference.

Inspire: Inspire more talents within and outside the team to practice the values.Have reached the requirements of a position 2 levels higher than the current position.

Practice: Behaviors consistent with the values are always demonstrated.

Partially: Behaviors consistent with the values are partially demonstrated.

Overall Rating:

The General Performance Summary will refer to the 2 elements above, which include Value Overall Rating and OKR Rating dimensions.

If the Value Rating is Inspire, the OKR Rating remains the same or increases by one level; if it is Practice, the OKR Rating remains the same; if it is Partially practice, the OKR Rating decreases by one level or below.

If you find the OKR/Progress on your Self Evaluation page is not the newest version you publish, and if you want to get the new published OKR on Self Evaluation page, then please click on Sync Weekly Report button to refresh the page.

Submit Self Evaluation

After you finish self evaluation, please click on Submit button to submit.

After submission, you can't withdraw or change your self evaluation unless your manager returns the form back to you.

After submission, you will find the step Manager Evaluation is highlighted which means current step is Manager Evaluation.
