Publish OKR Before Start Self Evaluation
Complete OKR
You will get the following page which reminds to Publish your OKR before start Self Evaluation if:
(1) You haven't set/submit your OKR；
(2) or Your manager hasn't approve your OKR；

Submit OKR
Then you will be navigated to OKR page after clicking on +Complete OKR.
The total number of objectives should be at least 2, but no more than 5 ideally.
The number of KRs within each objective should be ideally 2-5.
The weight of all objectives should add up to 100%.
The weight of all KRs within each objective should also add up to 100%.
Publish OKR
After you click on Submit, your OKR status will change from Draft to Manager Approving
After your manager Approve your OKR, then the status will change to Published, then you can start your self-evaluation
