OKR Align (Cascade and Alignment)

OKR Cascade

Cascading objectives is one of the most powerful features of OKRs! By cascading your Objectives at an individual, team, and organizational level, strategically aligned OKRs rapidly get everyone on the same page, working towards results that matter.

We design this function to help managers mass assign objectives to his/her team. img

You could cascade O or KR by clicking the plus circle on the rights side.

You could select more than one employee for one O or KR.

You can cascade O or KR by clicking the suggested subordinates or searching the employees.

OKR Align Up

We design this function to help employees to assign objectives up to his/her manager or project owner. img

Hovering over the profile photo at the top of the OKR setting, you can view the details or O or KR cascaded from others.

You can drag the profile photo and drop it on the left of your O or KR to align to others.

You can also click the plus circle on the left to select the one you want to algn to.

You can align your O or KR to one or more Os or KRs of others.

Shortcuts for OKR Align

We design this function to make the alignment more easily to operate.

When assigned a cascaded O or KR by others, you can drag the profile photo in the top bar and drop it on the left side of your O or KR to align.

You can also drag the profile photo on the left side or right side to change your alignment or cascade.

You can only drag the profile photo on the same side. If you drag the left profile photo to the right, it will return to its original position.

Alignment Chart

By choosing chart view, you can have an overview of the progression and status of aligned OKRs across teams. If one's progression is lagging behind, you'll know where to focus your attention and resources to get things back on track. img

The numbers on the both sides mean the number of others' OKRs aligned by or cascaded by this OKR.

By clicking on the numbers, you can view the details, progress and status of others.

Both sides can be expanded layer by layer.
