Complete OKR

You will get the following page which reminds to Publish your OKR before start Self Evaluation if:

(1) You haven't set/submit your OKR；

(2) or Your manager hasn't approve your OKR；

After your manager Approve your OKR, then the status will change to Published, then you can start your self-evaluation.
