Nominate Colleagues who Inspire You

Please nominate colleagues who you think has high values.

Please specify those values.

Please explain the reason why you think he/her inspires you.

Save Self Evaluation

You could save the self evaluation if you don't want to submit it directly.

Update OKR to the new published OKR

If you find the OKR/Progress on your Self Evaluation page is not the newest version you publish, and if you want to get the new published OKR on Self Evaluation page, then please click on Update OKR button to refresh the page.

Submit Self Evaluation

After you finish self evaluation, please click on Submit button to submit.

After submission, you can't withdraw or change your self evaluation unless your manager returns the form back to you.

After submission, you will find the step Manager Evaluation is highlighted which means current step is Manager Evaluation.
